Radiology & Ultrasound
Diagnostic imaging is essential in evaluating a patient’s injuries or illness.
- Radiographs (X-rays): When necessary, this modality is utilized to identify injuries from fractured bones to bladder stones. The images and findings are then explained to the pet parent. We are proud to announce that we have digital radiography! These high resolution images allow for superior evaluation for disease.
- Ultrasound (Sonogram): This non-invasive technique is used to study the function and structure of internal organs. Often, ultrasound is complimentary to radiographs, allowing our doctors to more thoroughly evaluate an area of concern.
